Raw Cheese Berry Cake

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

Base:

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Dehydrated buckwheat
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup

Topping:

  • 3 cups Soaked cashew nuts
  • 2/3 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Agave syrup
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 cups Any berries you like keep some whole for decoration.
  • Lemon by taste

Instructions
 

  • Put it all in a food processor, mix the dates in last until it gets sticky, then place it in a cake tray and make it flat.
  • Now start making the topping for the cake… Mix the above topping ingredients in a blender or food processor and add to the base, decorate with some whole berries.
