You can mix the ingredients by hand or in a food processor, but it needs to keep a coarse texture.
Then you can spread it out in a thick layer on the drying sheets (if you have a dehydrator, it’s best to spread it out on the grid sheet, that way it dries faster).
Set the dehydrator at low temperature, or the oven(if the door can be left open and it can be set to a low temperature, max. 45 degrees celsius)or in the sun to dry.
It takes about 10 to 12 hours to dry completely in the dehydrator or sun, in the oven, it will be faster.
After drying, break the granola into pieces and store it in a tightly sealed jar.
