A bit about my Yoga
Yoga has been my life’s journey that started already as a young
girl living in a spiritual community in India called ‘Auroville’.
Yoga & meditation became a way of life rather than simply a practice.
As a result of my Indian background my focus is both on the physical as well as the spiritual side of the yoga practice.
I want you to progress in your yoga practice as well as help you access a Higher Awareness that will resonate within all areas of your life.
I believe that by healing ourselves we ultimately help to create a peace-filled world.
I embrace complete beginners as well as more advanced yogis to transition towards deeper transformation.
What is Raw-Food?
Raw-food is a plant-based vegan diet, that is mostly or completely raw.
We do use several alternative preparation methods, such as juicing, blending, dehydrating, soaking and sprouting.
We use raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, and “super-foods”.
The precious enzymes in rawfood keep us young and vibrant!
So, when you want to feel more alive, eat more rawfoods!
