Make our own Delicious Sunfood Yoga Style Granola
Buckwheat and apple are the main ingredients in this granola and we use approximately 2 apples with every cup of buckwheat, You can also play around with the ingredients. You can add less dried fruits to the mix, and add fresh fruit later with your breakfast. The cinnamon, vanilla, pinch of salt and orange zest are real seasonings, so don’t forget them.
You can mix the ingredients by hand or in a food processor, but it needs to keep a coarse texture. Then you can spread it out in a thick layer on the drying sheets (if you have a dehydrator, it’s best to spread it out on the grid sheet, that way it dries faster). Set the dehydrator at low temperature, or the oven (if the door can be left open and it can be set to a low temperature, max. 45 degrees celsius) or in the sun to dry. It takes about 10 to 12 hours to dry completely in the dehydrator or sun, in the oven it will be more fast.
After drying, break the granola into pieces and store it in a tightly sealed jar.Sunfoo

Notes
sprouted. In this way, the enzymes get activated. The small plant starts its growth process, by which the term ‘alive food’ is explained. The dried fruits are soaked the night before or at least a few hours,
water from this can be used to sweeten your lemon water or any other drink.
